We love the Revolution offset smoker. I’ve been smoking for 40 years, and this smoker is hands down the best I’ve ever used. The smoker maintains a constant smoking temperature. The cooking surface also maintains a uniform temperature. This smoker is a beast, all welded and very heavy. We enjoy using the shearing station above the firebox. Our great-grandkids will be cooking on this thing. It’s the last smoker I’ll ever use.
